Sign-in and roles control what each person sees and can change in this app. Everything is still stored in this browser, so this is a convenience gate, not strong security: anyone with access to the device or the files can bypass it. Real enforcement needs the server and database.

Approval policy
Orders in other currencies are converted with your saved exchange rates. With no rate, the order needs approval. The requester can never approve their own order, and changing an approved order resets its approval.
